The highest priced residential real estate listing is a home that may be very familiar to many. It's the home that was used for the exterior shots of the Clampett's mansion on The Beverly Hillbillies.

The mansion is on the market for the first time in 30 years following the death of it's owner, Univision billionaire Jerry Perenchio, who died recently at the age of 86.

The asking price is $350 million. If that seems a little steep, you have to consider that some of the amenities include: a cement pond; a billy-ard room; and a big-eatin' table with fancy wooden pot-passers.

Also, the Beverly Hillbillies mansion isn't in Beverly Hills. It's actually in Bel Air (I guess "The Bel Air Hillbillies" didn't have as nice a ring to it). Bel Air wouldn't get their moment in the TV limelight until the nineties when a Fresh Prince moved there to live with his Auntie and his Uncle.
