2017 Psycho Las Vegas Lineup Includes Carcass, Abbath, Melvins, Neurosis + More

One of the underground's favorite festivals, Psycho Las Vegas, has revealed numerous bands that will be part of the 2017 festivities. The annual event will be held Aug. 18-20 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

The headliners have not yet been announced, but the initial batch of bands includes a wide variety of genres ranging from black metal to doom metal to grindcore to heavy rock.

There's plenty of metal in the lineup, including UK legends Carcass, black metal veteran Abbath. sludgemeisters Weedeater and Buzzoven, and the USBM band Wolves in the Throne Room.

The Melvins will be playing, as will the new band Crystal Fairy whose lineup includes Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover from the Melvins along with The Mars Volta's Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Le Butcherettes' Teri Gender Bender.

Other bands that will be playing Psyco Las Vegas include Blood Ceremony, Chelsea Wolfe, Code Orange, Cough, Cult Leader, Cult Of Luna, Domkraft, Elephant Tree, Floorian, Gatecreeper, Hollow Leg, Inter Arma, Khemmis, Magma, Merlin, Minsk, Morne, Mulatu, Astatke, Murder City Devils, Myrkur, Neurosis, North, Oathbreaker, Pelican, Slo Burn, Slomatics, Snail, Sumac, Summoner, Swans, The Skull, Vhol, Windhand, Wizard Rifle and Zeal & Ardor.
