While players with terrible sportsmanship and potty mouths are given the ban hammer and other punishment, Microsoft is looking to reward players who behave well online.

According to Polygon, Microsoft development lead and partner Frank Savage spoke at GDC 2014 about Microsoft's plan to reward players for good behavior.

"Thanks for being such a good member of the community, here's a reward," said Savage, speaking on how Microsoft might reward players who have a high reputation and are constantly sought out for play. Rewards could be gifted according to one's reputation, which will be tracked by Xbox Live's algorithms. There aren't any specific rewards listed yet, but we'll keep you updated on them as more information is revealed.

Look forward to playing nice with others and then getting rewarded for it on Xbox One.
