An Arkansas woman paints her paintings using a Hula Hoop. Katie Sunshine drills holes in her hula hoop and then fills the hoop with different colors of paint. That's when Katie starts hula hooping and slinging paint everywhere and on a few strategically placed canvases. Check it out.

Although it looks messy at first, Katie makes it look fun. I think this be an awesome way to spend a weekend with some friends making art.
