It is a sad fact that women have not always been associated with rock music. But, as the years have gone by, more and more women are not only fronting rock bands, but are kicking ass when they do it. With this week's Question of the Week, I ask you what are the best rock bands fronted by a female? I remember the first time I heard a rock song with a female singer. It was, of course, Joan Jett singing "I Love Rock and Roll'. I thought it was a cool song and, at first, didn't even realize it was a woman singing the song. (I have never been one to be associated with any kind of intelligence).
