As summer winds down, the album release schedule is heating up. September is traditionally the busiest month of the year for new albums and this year is no different. But with such a wealth of great music ready to populate record stores and online order forms, we want to know which new September offering you most want to pick up.

The release schedule gets underway on Sept. 2, but due to the holiday week it's a fairly light schedule with A Day to Remember and the Devil Townsend Project leading the way. On Sept. 9, things pick up with new albums from Of Mice & Men, Norma Jean, Rev Theory, Steve 'n' Seagulls, Evergrey, Letters From the Fire, Slaves on Dope, Pain and Cover Your Tracks. Then, on Sept. 16, Taking Back Sunday, Against Me! and King 810 lead a week of releases that also includes new discs from Brujeria, Tesseract and Heaven Shall Burn.

Then end of the month is quite busy. On Sept. 23, new albums from Every Time I Die, Airbourne, Allegaeon, Crobot, Giraffe Tongue Orchestra, Operation: Mindcrime, Neurosis, Charred Walls of the Damned, Dysrhythmia, Budderside, Insomnium, Raveneye, Trap Them and True Widow. And finishing out the month on Sept. 30, you can look for new discs from Opeth, Suicidal Tendencies, Sully Erna, Lordi, The Agonist, Brant Bjork, Epica, Noctem, Asphyx and Brain Tentacles.

See all of the new September releases available for voting in the poll below. The entry with the most votes at the end of the month will be named Loudwire's September Release of the Month and will be featured in a post on the Loudwire site. You can vote for your favorite new offering once per hour through the deadline of Aug. 31 at 11:59PM ET, so vote now, vote often and ensure that your favorite release becomes the Loudwire September 2016 Release of the Month.
