No, this isn't about checking your giggle-berries or sweater meat for lumps. This is about taking everything in your brain, taking just a moment to think about it, dumping the dumb stuff and moving forward.

Here's a simple question: how many of you refuse to step on a crack, or cringe a little if a black cat crosses your path? Do you worry too much about what other think? Do you lose sleep over things that aren't in your control? These are just little things that we all do that cause anxiety and disorder in our lives.

If you take a few moments to rationalize these things, you can start to really turn your life around and get a better sense of self. First, there's no proof any black cat has ever caused any bad luck. Once you've settled that in your mind, you can move onto "luck" itself. Once you've examined that, you'll figure out that there really is no such thing as being "lucky" and that time spent hoping for a lucky streak could be better spent taking steps to get what you want.

Ultimately these things will lead you to question the big pictures in your life. Have you every really sat down and examined your religion, or even your relationships with your family? Sure, you've probably dealt with an item or two, but when you sit down and really drill down in your head you can really move forward. I'm betting there's a few things that you've mentally held onto that you didn't even realize were dragging you down a bit.

Set aside a little time to get yourself on track. Your brain is like a garage that keeps getting stuff piled up inside it. Every once in a while you have to organize it and decide what to keep and what to throw away.

Now, go be awesome to each other.
