Things got a little heated in Denver recently when TSA agents wanted an airline passenger to be screened after his flight, even though he had been screened before. Of course, the passenger got it all on video.

Kahler Nygard had flown from Minneapolis to Denver. After he got off his flight, TSA agents in Denver approached him to be screened, even though it was after the flight. Typically, a passenger is screened before a flight. So, Kahler had not only already been screened, but the agents wanted him screened for a flight he had already gotten off of.

Kahler got it all on video, which shows him repeatedly asking the agents if he was being detained and why. The agents basically just said they were doing their job and that he wasn't screened properly before his flight left Minneapolis.

According to Colorado's 9News, Kahler is on the "no fly" list, but says the government won't tell him exactly why he is on that list, but that he has no connection at all to terrorism.

Now, several things stand out to me about this situation. First of all, if he is on the "no fly" list, why in the heck was he allowed to get on the plane in the first place? Plus, why was he not "screened properly" and still allowed on the plane? Then, in an abnormal move, the agents order him to go through another security screen after he has already completed the flight and is on his way out of the airport.

Kahler eventually just leaves even after the agents say they are going to call the police. Nothing else happened, and he wasn't arrested. In fact, he flew back to Minneapolis a few days later and was just patted down. So much for "no fly" list, right?

So, were the TSA agents right in what they were doing? Or, was this man hassled for no reason?
