Well, now THAT'S an incentive! We've all seen bands utilize Pledge Music and similar sites to provide fans with a variety of incentives -- typically autographed items, personal phone calls, private concerts or studio visits -- in order to entice fans to pick up their latest music. But for Motley Crue's newly arrived 30th anniversary of Girls, Girls, Girls set, you could actually throw down some serious cash to have drummer Tommy Lee's Calabasas home as part of your package.

This marks the first time a house for sale has ever been included in a PledgeMusic campaign, but Lee has added it with the price revealed upon application. The three-level, nearly 10,000 square feet estate was built in 1987 in the community of Calabasas, Calif. just outside of the Los Angeles area in the San Fernando Valley.

The listing description for the home reads as follows below and additional photos of the home can be viewed here.

Set on a cul-de-sac in guard gated Vista Pointe, is this stunning custom Architectural showplace! Boasting unmatched quality with unique design and character, this grand estate offers unparalleled explosive city light views and privacy! Interior features include a state of the art permitted professional recording studio, home theater, two kitchens, three story interior atrium with cascading waterfalls, koi pond, and retractable roof, walnut and travertine floors, custom detailed soaring ceilings and so much more! The completely private rear grounds have a custom piano shaped pool and spa, fire features, barbecue center and panoramic jet liner views! Other amenities include a possible 12 car garage, copper doors, detailed wrought iron accents, full gym and so much more! This is truly a grand, interesting, one of a kind estate that can't be missed! A very rare offering!

And yes, with the house, you would also get the 30th anniversary limited edition of Girls, Girls, Girls on colored vinyl, on cassette, with a deluxe CD/DVD and a "Girls, Girls, Girls" t-shirt. Lee also has a signed commemorative drum head collectible with the original album artwork and a lithograph poster with the Girls, Girls, Girls artwork as well. Of course, there is only "one" of this item, so it truly would be a treasured package for whoever purchases this Pledge incentive.

Girls, Girls, Girls officially turned 30 on May 15, but the 30th anniversary collection was just released Friday (Aug. 25). In addition to the Tommy Lee house, there are plenty of other lesser cost Motley Crue-related incentives to pick up the set. Included as bonuses beyond the original track listing on the 30th anniversary set are a rough instrumental mix of "Girls, Girls, Girls," an instrumental of "Wild Side," the previously unreleased song "Rodeo," an instrumental demo idea for "Nona" and a live version of "All in the Name Of ..." from Moscow.
