Young love -- it can be great when it's just starting but excruciating when it begins to fall apart. That's exactly the vibe of the rocking new video for 'Just a Ride' from upstart British rockers the Virginmarys.

The video is split between a raucous performance by the band performing 'Just a Ride' and the first amorous then contentious relationship between a couple. The clip, directed by Sitcom Soldiers, stars Ciaran Griffiths, who is best known for his role on the UK version of 'Shameless.'

'Just a Ride' is featured on the Virginmarys' breakthrough album, 'King of Conflict,' which arrived in early 2013. The song follows the success of the album's lead-off track, 'Dead Man's Shoes.'

After heavily promoting 'King of Conflict' in 2013, the band has returned to the studio to begin working on material for their next album. At present, their website lists no tour dates other than an appearance at the U.K.'s Sonisphere Festival in Knebworth in July. Keep an ear out for more from the Virginmarys in 2014.
