The Abilene Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting the awesome Texas Farm, Ranch and Wildlife Expo for 2013 at the Taylor County Coliseum. Don't miss out this year and get there early on Tuesday, February 19th from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM and Wednesday, February 20th from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM. Displays will be set up on the coliseum floor, coliseum foyer area and outside the coliseum.

This year’s Texas Farm, Ranch and Wildlife Expo will feature well over 150 vendor booths from over 70 different exhibitors. They will all be showcasing products and services directly related to farming, ranching, agribusiness and wildlife. So hunters and landowners can come together and the best part is, admission is free.

Along with great displays, there will be some educational programs for those in agriculture, ranching, and wildlife. The Rolling Plains Cotton Growers Association will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday morning followed by the annual luncheon. A Big Country Range Management seminar, Wildlife Management Seminar and Cotton Production Conference will also be held Tuesday. The Town and Country Women’s Fair, will begin in the morning and continue throughout the early afternoon. Wednesday’s meetings include TDA Re-certification, Natural Resource Seminar, Gardening Seminar, Beef Management Seminar and a “Wildlife Research Highlights” seminar. New this year, “The Impact of Agribusiness in the Big Country.” The free publication will be made available at the show.
