After many, many years of hosting The Morning After on Rock 108, Frank Pain has decided to step down from the morning show.

Never fear, I'm not going anywhere. It's been a couple of decades since I've been able to sleep in, so I'm moving to afternoons to co-host The Afternoon Binge along with Chaz.
