A Texas plumber is suing for more than $1 million after his business' truck ended up in the hands of ISIS in Syria, with his company's name and phone number visible on the side.

Last week, Mark Oberholtzer, owner of Mark-1 Plumbing, filed a lawsuit after a photo of the truck being used by extremists in Syria surfaced on Twitter. Okerholtzer said that since the photo surfaced, he's received numerous death threats and been bombarded with angry and threatening calls.

According a lawsuit filed against the dealer Oberholtzer traded the truck in, "By the end of the day, Mark-1's office, Mark-1's business phone, and Mark's personal cell phone had received over 1,000 phone calls from around the nation."

Chron reported that Oberholtzer traded the truck in at the dealership, and was told not to remove his business' decal as it would damage the vehicle's paint. He was  informed that the dealer would handle removing the decal. The truck was then sold at an auction in Dallas, according to the suit.

According to the lawsuit, the "phone calls included, but were not limited to, individuals who were: (a) irate and yelling expletives at whomever answered the phone; (b) degrading to whomever answered the phone regarding their stupidity; (c) singing in Arabic for the duration of the phone call or voice message recording; (d) making threats of injury or death against Mark-1's employees, family, children, and grandchildren in violent, lurid and grossly specific terms; and, (e) directing expletive-laced death threats to whomever answered the phone."
