Slipknot fans received a bit of good news over the summer when percussionist Shawn “Clown” Crahan announced that the band was planning an American tour for 2012.
Now, Crahan says Slipknot is in the planning stages for the follow-up to 2008′s ‘All Hope Is Gone’ album, although it might be awhile before anyone gets to hear it.
It's hard to believe it's already been 10 years since Slipknot released the album 'Iowa' and stamped their name on heavy metal forever. Even though it was their second album, it definitely turned heads and really put them on the map. To mark the anniversary, Slipknot will release a 10th anniversary addition of 'Iowa' on November 1 of this year.
