Fans of the Red Hot Chili Peppers have waited patiently for news about a new North American tour since before the summer release of their 10th album, ‘I’m With You.’ Finally, the first half-dozen dates have been announced.
Red Hot Chili Peppers are transformed into graphic novel characters in the visually arresting video for ‘Monarchy of Roses,’ the second single off the band’s latest album ‘I’m With You.’ The vid, directed by Marc Klasfeld, is all black and white, with the only splash of color coming from the roses mentioned in the title, all of which fly around on the screen.
The new Red Hot Chili Peppers album, “I’m With You,” delivers on any number of levels, but most importantly as an “album.” It’s a cohesive bunch of songs, that while they do not carry a consistent theme, carry a consistent sound.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers will celebrate the release of their 10th studio album, “I’m With You,” by beaming a concert in Cologne, Germany on the day of the album’s release, August 30th, into movie theatres around the world
I'm a big fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I pretty much loved the whole "return of John Frusciante" period from "Californication" through "By The Way" and the WAY underrated Stadium Arcadium. Read more after the jump.
