Sorry Billy Crystal. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that 'Family Guy' creator and 'Ted' director Seth MacFarlane will host the 85th Annual Academy Awards on February 24, 2013.

As the ’Bridesmaid’s’ ladies joked, some films are shorter than others. ‘The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore’ only runs about 15 minutes, but the gold statuette it won for Best Animated Short at the 84th Academy Award is the same size as the ones presented to the longer films.

The 2012 Oscars is like the Super Bowl of fashion, and while not everyone can be an Academy Award winner, some are definitely winning in the best dressed category.
