Lacuna Coil have just announced that they have begun work on their seventh studio album. The upcoming record will act as the follow-up to Lacuna Coil's 2012 full-length, 'Dark Adrenaline.'

The lineup for the 2014 class of ShipRocked was already enticing enough with bands like Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach leading the charge but now the floating rock fest just got a little noisier.

As we cruise through February, we are getting closer and closer to Rock 108's 'Shamrock n Roll' featuring Sevendust and Lacuna Coil - and I couldn't be any more excited!  To help you get a amped up about the show, if found this fan-filmed video of the band performing the new songs ''Till Death and 'Decay', and both kick major booty.

Sevendust are teaming up with the reunited Coal Chamber for a 2013 U.S. tour. The two bands will be supported directly by Lacuna Coil, with Candlelight Red and Stolen Babies splitting opening duties.

The 2013 Rock 108 Concert Series is shaping up to be the best yet, especially with the addition of Sevendust and Lacuna Coil. The 2 bands are on the 'Black Out the Sun' tour and will co-headline the 'Shamrock n Roll' St. Patrick's Day concert at the Lucky Mule.

Lacuna Coil’s one-two punch of Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro have no problem sharing vocal duties throughout the band’s latest disc ‘Dark Adrenaline,’ so it comes as no surprise that the two would share the spotlight in their new video for the single ‘End of Time.’

Lacuna Coil have enjoyed a solid year touring behind their 'Dark Adrenaline' album and it looks as though 2013 will start off on a high note, as well. The band has just announced a February run with Sevendust that will keep them in the U.S. for the entire month.

Lacuna Coil are making sure their faithful followers are able to keep up with the latest news from the band by launching their own social network-fan community. The group teamed with Mobile Backstage to create the application, which will allow fans easier access to all kinds of Lacuna Coil information.

It's not exactly common in rock to see a band with two vocalists, but Lacuna Coil have made it work over the years, with a both the female (Cristina Scabbia) and male (Andrea Ferro) perspectives getting a shared amount of time. Still, questions come up from time to time about if Scabbia might consider a solo record.
