Metalheads can breathe a sigh of relief, as VH1 Classic’s That Metal Show, which stars Eddie Trunk, Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson, will return for its 11th season. In fact, the drummer was just honored with the ‘Best Ribs’ award by the Broward/Palm Beach New Times for the racks McBrain serves at his restaurant, Rock N’ Roll Ribs.
Calling all gamers. On May 22 –that’s next Tuesday- the Iron Maiden six song pack dubbed ‘Maiden Epics’ will land at the ‘Rock Band‘ music store. ‘Maiden Epics’ is culled from some of the British band’s most powerful and beloved albums, hence the name. The tracks are rooted in the ’80s, which was Maiden’s prime decade of dominance and ties in with the songs that will feature prominently on the band’s upcoming summer trek.
Another video clip from Iron Maiden‘s latest live release, ‘En Vivo!,’ has just been unveiled. After fans were given their first taste of the DVD a couple weeks ago with ‘Blood Brothers,’ a live performance of ‘The Wicker Man’ is now available for Maiden fans to get their fix.
Iron Maiden will release ‘En Vivo!‘ on March 27 in Blu-ray, double DVD, double CD and digital download form, so there truly is something for every type of headbanger and their viewing preferences.
