Right before the news broke about Hinder parting ways with Austin Winkler, their drummer Cody Hanson shot me their latest recording. A Christmas song that also features Jared Weeks, from Saving Abel.
Earlier this year Hinder hit the road without frontman Austin Winkler, leaving fans wondering what the future might hold for the band and their estranged singer. Hinder have now revealed that they have officially parted ways with Winkler.
Hinder have suffered another unfortunate setback during their current tour run. Scheduled to appear at the Boise Music Festival in Boise, Idaho, on July 27, the band has been forced to withdraw from the event after a tour bus accident resulting in injuries for members of the band and crew.
Rockers Hinder have a jam-packed touring schedule for the next two months so when frontman Austin Winkler requested a temporary leave of absence, the band sprung into action to fill his shoes for their upcoming shows.

After announcing a number of shows over the last month, Hinder have revealed the full itinerary for their upcoming North American tour. The band will be hitting the road to support their latest album, 'Welcome to the Freakshow,' which arrived in stores in December.

Hard rockers Hinder are back with a new album, ‘Welcome to the Freakshow,’ out Dec. 4, and frontman Austin Winkler isn’t holding back when it comes to opening up about the inspiration behind the album’s heavy tracks. Winkler says most of the songs are a reflection of “a really, really dark drug binge,” which drove him to rehab after the band finished the album.
