I remember, as a kid, riding my bike with my friends and attempting to do some freestyle tricks or dare a buddy to jump over a makeshift ramp.  It was all in good fun and if we did fall off and hurt ourselves, it would be a knee scrape or something minor.  That wouldn't be the case with these extreme bikers.  Watch, as these guys give you a first person view of 'Extreme Cliff Biking'.
