adopt a highway

Recently, we told you about the Ku Klux Klan in Georgia wanting to adopt a highway which has caused some controversy.  Well, while they figure out exactly what the state will do with the request, I thought I would ask you what you thought about the situation.  Should the KKK be allowed to adopt a highway?
