Stone Sour fans can now check out two new songs from the upcoming double concept album 'House of Gold and Bones' part 1 and part 2.  Judging by the stream, prepare to get your face rocked off.

Following the 2010 release of 'Audio Secrecy', which I thought was a great album, "House of Gold and Bones' will be released in two parts.  The first part releases October 23rd and the second part sometime in May of 2013.

Corey Taylor described the new music.

"The only way I can describe it is [Pink Floyd's] ‘The Wall’ meets [Alice In Chains'] ‘Dirt’ on steroids. And I think it’s gonna be fantastic. And if I can pull it off, it’s gonna be the biggest thing we’ve ever done in our career.”

The two songs that are now streaming at RollingStone.com, are called "Gone Sovereign" and "Absolute Zero" and are pretty bad ass.  In my opinion, this is the way Stone Sour should have sounded all along.

Can't wait for the new Stone Sour to drop.  In the meantime, tell us what your favorite Stone Sour song is.

Here's mine.
