I am writing this because I was not in the neighborhood when this happened. There is a high likelihood that I would be dead or in the hospital, because if you treat a little girl like this in front of me I will use every resource available to take you down.

Now there are even people out there trying to justify this behavior and that nonsense. These are people bringing a strawman into the argument. It doesn't matter if the party was loud and out of control. It doesn't matter if there was a DJ or fights. And it doesn't matter if the kids are black or white or any color.

NONE OF THAT MATTERS. What came before or after this does not matter. It doesn't matter if the cop was worked up.

What matters is that this cop manhandles a young girl and grinds her face into the ground while she screams for her mom, then two kids try to distract him and he points a gun at them as they are running away.

This cop went way over the line, and, among everything else, he needs to be checked for steroid abuse, because this reeks of roid rage. He was not calm and he was not professional.

Police deal with these out of control party situations all of the time, and it's never about 'let's get the cops;' it's always about 'let's get out of here,' which is all anybody wanted in the first place.

To say 'that's what happens when you don't listen to the police' is bulls---. This reaction to not listening was uncalled for. This girl was not a threat to this policeman; he just took all of his anger at the situation out on her, and that is not professional or acceptable.
