Let's rock the vote. We're in the midst of the Rocktober Rumble Round 2 as we attempt to crown the best hard rock hit of the 21st Century. So let's get to it.

Slipknot enter the second round after "Duality" earned a convincing victory of Drowning Pool's "Bodies" in the first round of the Rocktober Rumble. Back in 2004, the single became one of Slipknot's biggest hard rock radio hits, while also bolstering the sales of their Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses) disc. Take a listen below.

They square off against Avenged Sevenfold, as "Nightmare" had a bit more difficult time edging past System of a Down's "Chop Suey!" The title track from the album of the same name peaked out at No. 2 on the rock charts back in 2010 and remains a fan favorite for the group. Rock it out in the player provided.

So let us know if you want to see Slipknot or Avenged Sevenfold advance in this Rocktober Rumble pairing. You can vote below once per hour through the deadline of Friday, Oct. 21 at 10AM ET. And be sure to vote in the next matchup as well by clicking the red button.
