Montreal will be rocking this August. That's because the Heavy Montreal festival is set to return to Parc Jean Drapeau on Aug. 7-9, and Slipknot, Faith No More and Korn are leading the way.

Slipknot made a major return over the past year with their .5: The Gray Chapter disc, their first offering since the death of late bassist Paul Gray. Their tour partners this past fall were Korn, who will headline one of the nights by performing their self-titled debut disc in its entirety. Meanwhile, Faith No More, who haven't released an album since 1997, are making their recording return this spring with Sol Invictus. They'll have a chance to show off the new music this August.

Other acts appearing at the festival include Lamb of God, Mastodon, Bullet for My Valentine, Testament, Gojira, Alexisonfire, NOFX, Billy Talent, Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg, Andrew W.K., Meshuggah, Asking Alexandria, Coal Chamber, Motionless in White, Fozzy, Jasta, Nothing More, Iggy Pop, Within Temptation, Arch Enemy, Lita Ford and plenty more. Check out the full lineup at this location.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 13 at 1PM ET. To learn more about the variety of ticketing options, visit the festival website here.
