The time is ticking down and soon the first volume of Sixx: A.M.'s Prayers for the Damned music will be here. But in the lead up to the April 29 street date, the band has released another new song off the disc -- the album's title track.

As you can hear, the song starts off with a haunting guitar part, before layers of harder rock begin add to the song's intensity. Vocalist James Michael delivers the vocals with the immediacy and intensity needed. "What have I got to lose when I've already lost it all," begs the singer in the song, before asking for prayers for the damned.

If you like what you hear, the "Prayers for the Damned" song is now one of the instant grat tracks you'll receive if you pre-order the new album via iTunes, alongside the current single "Rise" and the preview song "You Have Come to the Right Place."

Sixx: A.M. are hitting the road this spring in support of their new album. Their first show, an appearance at Welcome to Rockville in Jacksonville, Fla., comes one day after the Prayers for the Damned April 29 street date. See all of their dates here.
