Sebastian Bach Calls Out the Press, Clarifies Comments About Possible Book

A few weeks ago it was reported that Sebastian Bach has been considering writing an autobiography chronicling his colorful life, but Bach feels that the press took what he said and ran with it, and not necessarily in the right direction.

The rocker took to his Facebook page to issue an off-the cuff-statement to clarify what he said and get some things off his chest. Read what he had to say below:

Why does the press always put words in my mouth? You would think I would know better by now. Someone asked me about my book & my answer was exactly this: “I could make ‘The Dirt’ look clean if I wanted to”. Now, every single thing I read about my book says, “Sebastian says his book will surpass Motley Crue’s The Dirt”. Only thing is….I never said that. I don’t even know what kind of book it will be yet. My book has nothing to do with Motley Crue ! I love the Crue but I have not decided if I want my book to be full-on burrito-fucking madness, or something different. I have never used the words “Motley Crue” when talking about my book, until this very post. Thank you, I feel much better.

So just to summarize, Sebastian Bach might write a book, and if he does, it will have nothing to do with Motley Crue.

In addition to venting about press, Bach also posted the video interview below. At the end of the clip Bach shows off his sense of humor with a playful take on the division between himself and the remaining original members of Skid Row, joking, “This is an exclusive. Right now I’m going to invite you to the ‘Save to the Grind’ 20th Anniversary celebration with all of my friends in Skid Row.” He then looks around at an empty room and laughs talking to the air, “How’s it going?, What’s Up?, How Are Ya? This is a great party, huh?” He continues to kid, saying, “It’s me and all my friends in Skid Row. Happy Anniversary guys.”
