Tasty treats during an open house are one of the best ways to entice potential home buyers. But Rose McGowan inadvertently took this a bit too far when pot brownies were left out as realtors and inspectors visited her up-for-sale home.

According to McGowan, her assistant baked a plate of “edibles” and left them out, with a sign that read “Enjoy,”on the day her house was being shown. McGowan noticed the brownies, but didn’t realize what they were, she said on ‘Chelsea Lately.’

Later that day, McGowan said she received a zoned-out call from one of her realtors: “Four-thirty that afternoon I get a call from my realtor saying, ‘Um, I’m at my parent-teacher conference. Was there anything in those brownies?’”
