Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has one less concern to worry about as a domestic abuse charge that dates back to 2012 is no longer hanging over his head. Radke was in court on Wednesday (May 14) of this week, and there were initially conflicting reports as to whether the charges had been dropped.

Radke's former girlfriend, Sally Watts, told police that the rocker "physically assaulted her" back in 2012 and she initially stated this week that Radke had pleaded no contest to domestic violence. However, Radke commented that the domestic charges were dropped. A rep for Radke later told AltPress.com, "There is some misinformation out there. Ronnie did have a court appearance today and the case has been resolved. The domestic violence charge was dismissed. Ronnie plead[ed] no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace."

Radke has resumed his music career, not only with Falling in Reverse, but he also recently recorded a rap-based mix tape that includes a number of guest rockers. The latest song to surface is a track called 'Who Can Stop Us?' that features former Hollywood Undead musician Deuce.
