Tool, who often come off as serious and humorless, had what legendary Texas Comedian open shows for them during their 1993 Lollapalooza appearances?

The answer of course, is Bill Hicks. Bill is also featured on the cover inset of and alternate version of Aenema and some of his spoken word is featured before the track "Third Eye". Bill met Maynard when Maynard, believe it or not, was working as a comedian in Los Angeles.

I was able to spend a little time with Hicks and I'm very proud of that. I'll more on Hicks for you later. Before school lets out, enjoy some Tool and some Hicks.
