Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner In Abilene – Our Top 5

Golden Corral is one of my favorite places to throw down mass quantities of grub. They have just about everything in the world on their buffet. So, it makes sense that they'll be serving Thanksgiving dinner. Golden Corral will be open from 10a.m. to 8p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and will be serving up all of your traditional favorites like turkey, ham, dressing and all of the fixins plus they will be serving their regular food as well. The buffet will cost around $11.49. Golden Corral is located at 4101 S. Danville Dr.
Some of you commented on my Facebook page that MCM Elegante serves Thanksgiving dinner. In fact, Erika Larson said, "It's Fantastic, It's really good food and you will eat till you bust". MCM Elegante will be serving Thanksgiving traditional buffet style along with regular food. More info will be up on their Facebook page and their website as we get closer to Thanksgiving, so keep checking back. MCM Elegante Suites is located at 4250 Ridgemont Drive.
Cracker Barrel is another restaurant in Abilene that will not only be open, but will be serving up some Thanksgiving favorites. Turkey, ham, dressing, cranberry relish, sweet potato casserole -they will have it all, plus their regular food will be available as well. The Turkey dinner will be around $9 bucks and they will be open from 6a.m. to 10p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Denny's
Denny's, located at 120 E. I-20 never closes so you can definitely get hooked up with breakfast, lunch or dinner on Thanksgiving Day. They will have a turkey plate available to gobble down.
Also, I had never heard of these, but Denny's apparently have webisodes called "Always Open" with David Koechner which features Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sarah Silverman and their pretty funny. Check this one out and then click on the link for more.
My House
Yeah, so my house isn't a restaurant, but I will be serving up Thanksgiving dinner complete with deep fried Turkey, pineapple glazed ham, dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, hot rolls, pumpkin pie and more. All for free! So who's bringing what? You'll just have to help me put up the Christmas decorations that the wife will make me do. You'll also have to figure out where I live.
In the meantime, enjoy a the classic "Thanksgiving Song" from Adam Sandler.
