Randy Jay Hofstetter of Fort Worth is Texas Most Wanted Sex Offender – Reward Offered

The Texas Department of Public Safety has 28 yr old Randy Jay Hofstetter as a most wanted sex offender and is offering up to $5000 for details that lead to his capture. He is wanted for violation of not registering as a sex offender, probation and parole violations. Here are the details to look for when identifying Hofstetter:

Hofstetter is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds. He has multiple tattoos, including a biohazard emblem on the right side of his chest; a portrait of a little girl on the left side of his chest; and “In Loving Memory Paw Paw” on his arm. Hofstetter was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child (an 8 yr old girl).  He received 10 yrs probation and has to register as a sex offender for life. While on probation he was also arrested for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance for which he received a 5 yr sentence, he was paroled after 2 yrs 8 months. He is now wanted on the parole and probation violations as well as failure to register as a sex offender.

Hofstetter has ties to Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Hurst, and Sulphur Springs, Texas. He has been known to seek employment through temporary staffing agencies.
