Ever since we personally saw the unveiling of World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor at BlizzCon 2013, we've been desperately searching for as much information on it as we can find. It looks like one of the controversial features included with this upcoming WoW expansion might come out sooner than you think. So let's check out how you get a free level 90 character with Warlords of Draenor.

According to Blizzard's blog, closed beta testing for Warlords of Draenor will soon be underway. Those wishing to fight the Iron Horde early and explore the Draenor of past before anyone else does should be on the lookout for beta sign ups. In the meantime, we suggest all you dedicated raiders and PvPers out there start preordering Warlords soon. As always, the physical collector's edition of Warlords of Draenor will most likely sell out months in advance. Many players were turned off from the direction went with World of Warcraft's previous expansion, Mists of Pandaria, but Blizzard is promising change, Iron change.

This time, Blizzard is taking things back to the golden age of its MMORPG by returning to Outland, where the Burning Crusade took place. Only this time, you go into its past before Nerzhul and the old horde caused the planet to shatter to pieces. Blizzard is offering a free level 90 character upgrade to those who get Warlords of Draenor. While players get a free level 90 when they put in their game key located within the physical copies of Warlords of Draenor, players who pre-purchase the digital copy (including both regular and deluxe editions) will get their level 90 character (including their exclusive pet and mount if they buy the digital deluxe edition) right away. So players can enjoy their collector's mount, pet, and level 90 much earlier than players owning physical copies (but at least we get a mousepad).

Nevertheless, we can't wait to see how Blizzard handles Warlords of Draenor. Subscription numbers have been on the decline, but we believe that much of that can be attributed to people who were simply turned off by the MoP expansion and didn't like interacting with pandas. For the Iron Horde!!!!
