Sony is throwing a big bash to celebrate all things PlayStation, and what better place is there to party than Vegas?

The PlayStation Blog has announced that tickets will go on sale for the PlayStation Experience tomorrow. The PlayStation Experience is a two-day-long community event taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada that will feature over 400,000 square feet of PlayStation events. Attendees at this convention will be able to partake in games, panels, contests, autograph signings, giveaways and buy collectible memorabilia.

The PlayStation Experience will be taking place on Dec. 6-7 in the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. One day passes are expected to cost $50, with the two day passes to cost $90. For Sony's opening keynote address, there will be a maximum of 5,500 attendees and seats are available at a first come, first served.

Mind you, this convention is intended to be geared more to the fans than how E3, the Tokyo Game Show and other conventions are more oriented to the press. While we don't expect anything too crazy announced during this time, we still hope Sony has some surprises up its sleeve.
