The former Pearl Jam executive accused of stealing $380,000 from the band has a new date for his court hearing. Originally scheduled for this week (June 28), Rickey Goodrich will now be arraigned on July 11 at the King County Courthouse in Seattle.

Goodrich is the former chief financial officer of Pearl Jam’s management company, Curtis Inc., which is owned by the band’s manager, Kelly Curtis. According to court papers, Goodrich is accused of embezzling $380,000 from the company he used to work for and using the funds for personal use. The Seattle Times reports that Goodrich is charged with 25 counts of first-degree theft and and eight counts of second-degree theft.

Curtis hired Goodrich to Pearl Jam Touring Company in 2005 and quickly appointed him CFO of Curtis Inc. the next year. The 54-year old is accused of using the money he stole for personal reasons, including vacations, expensive dinners, family vacations and even paying off his debts.

In brighter news, Pearl Jam are currently on the road in Europe. While in Amsterdam, frontman Eddie Vedder joined Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers for guest vocals on a couple of the classic rockers’ songs. Pearl Jam also covered a Joe Strummer song at Isle of Wight to honor the late Clash frontman.
