The movie Spectre has an awesome opening scene. The James Bond flick from last year shows Bond chasing a bad guy through a Day of the Dead parade in Mexico City. The parade is filled with giant skeletons floating among people, dancing with their faces painted as skulls.  You know, all the things that make the Day of the Dead awesome.

The only problem is this festival was completely made up for the movie. I know, I know. Something in a movie was made up. Shocking right? Well, it's not going to be made up for long.

Officials at Mexico City have decided to hold a similar parade this Saturday, October 29th, that will start at the Angel of Independence monument and end at the historic Zocalo square.

Tourism Minister Enrique de la Madrid. "Now, based on the film, there will be this festival."

Now just in case you haven't seen the opening of Spectre, here ya go.
