Just a few months back Nik Wallenda crossed the Niagara Falls in front of millions of spectators. As a 7th generation member of the daredevil 'Flying Wallenda's Family' Nik likes to push the envelope. This time he set out to cross the Grand Canyon, 1,400 feet across and 1,500 feet up.

Nik does this with no net, or safety harness. There were high winds over the gorge to compete with as well; about 30mph. It took him about 23 minutes to complete the walk and set a record as first person to cross the canyon.

He now wants to cross between the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building in New York.
