NHL Player Suspended For Vicious Hit [VIDEO]

The NHL Stanley Cup Finals are in full swing with the Canucks and Bruins squaring off for the championship.  Naturally tempers flare, especially in a full contact sport, but this particular hit landed one player on suspension, and one with a concussion. Check out this vicious hit from last night's game.

In the video, you'll see that Horton,  of the Bruins,  had just passed the puck early in the first period  when Rome, of the Canucks,  lowered his shoulder and left his skates to flatten him, delivering what the Bruins saw as the kind of hit the league has tried to eliminate after several players sustained severe concussions.  This video shows why the league is concerned.
