The WWE 2K15 info blowout continues, as IGN has revealed first details on two major single player modes in this year's game as well as a look behind the curtain at the graphical style show in the first screenshot.

Following last year's 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode, WWE 2K15 has the 2K Showcase, which will focus more tightly on two major rivalries in WWE history. The two episodes are likened to "mini-documentaries" on these rivalries, and while we don't know who exactly is being focused on yet, it sounds like a really cool idea.

WWE 2K15 will also be the first WWE game to feature a full career mode. 2K Sports has lifted the MyCareer mode from the crazy successful NBA 2K franchise and implemented it in the squared circle. Again, exact details are still on the way, but this mode will only be available for the current generation of systems. Sorry, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 die-hards.

Finally, the upgraded visual style highlighted in the first screenshot above comes from 2K holding over 50 days of motion capture sessions with the roster at 2K's motion-capture facility, recreating the way a wrestler looks and their signature moves. All in all, 2K15 sports five times the amount of animation data as its predecessor. That's awfully impressive.

We'll be able to see all of this hard work and much more when WWE 2K15 launches Oct. 28 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
