We’re admittedly on edge with Netflix’s sudden willingness to limit its content, but a seductive new psychological thriller from Naomi Watts and 50 Shades of Grey director Sam Taylor-Johnson offers a good start. Watch the first trailer for Gypsy, as Watts gets more than a little hands-on with her patients.

Now set for a June 30 premiere, the ten-part series sees Watts as Jean Halloway, a Manhattan therapist with a seemingly picturesque life who begins to develop intimate and illicit relationships with the people in her patients’ lives. As the borders of Jean’s professional life and personal fantasies become blurred, she descends into a world where the forces of desire and reality are disastrously at odds.

Gypsy also features Billy Crudup as Jean’s husband Michael Halloway and Kingsman star Sophie Cookson as Sydney, along with Murder on the Orient Express player Lucy Boynton and Nocturnal Animals alum Karl Glusman as Jean’s patients Allison and Sam. Taylor-Johnson will direct the series from producers Liza Chasin and Lisa Rubin, while Watts serves as executive producer.

You can check out the teaser again below, and stay tuned for more on Gypsy toward its June 30 premiere.
