Motograter Point the Edges Inward in ‘Daggers’ Video – Exclusive Premiere

Motograter are back, digging deeper into the depths of their Desolation album and teaming up with Loudwire to bring you the exclusive premiere of their new video for "Daggers."

Sharp pointy edges are no fun, especially when they're pointed inward, and "Daggers" is a song of self-doubt, mentally giving into the expectations that a relationship won't work out.  As for the clip, it's a performance-based piece centered around the chugging, low-end heavy song. The band teamed up with director Matt Zane for the video, which was shot in Los Angeles.

Guitarist Matthew “Nuke” Nunes says, “Firstly we would have never been able to pull this off without the support of Mikey Doling at JaxxRock Ent and Angel Chavez at DW Drums. Shooting the 'Daggers' video was a great experience all around. We are very proud of what we were able to accomplish. The director Matt Lord Zane and crew – especially the amazing Laney Chantal (makeup/paint) – were nothing short of incredible to work with. We would be remiss to not give a huge shout out to Mike Tempesta at Jackson EVH for loaning us the awesome amps and heads. Motograter is truly excited to show the world something we feel is a true piece of art. See you on the road soon!”

"Daggers" comes just as Motograter are about to return to the road. Nunes adds, “We are so excited to finally get back on the road! We have a deadly new lineup and are ready to crush the stage every night. C’mon on out and witness the beautiful mayhem we will ensue upon the metal masses!” See their tour dates listed below.
