Late Thursday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., authorities were called to Vaughan Foods South Plant in Moore after receiving multiple reports of a shooting or stabbing at the business near Moore High School. Sgt. Jeremy Lewis, with the Moore Police Department, confirmed that one woman was dead from stab wounds.

Sgt. Lewis stated that 30 year old Alton Nolen was attacking another woman when an off-duty sheriff's deputy, who was working security at the warehouse, shot him. Nolen and the second victim were transported to OU Medical in critical condition. There were as many as 300 workers inside the warehouse at the time of the incident.

In an update from KFOR news this morning, we have learned that Alton Nolen had actually beheaded the woman after a workplace dispute. There were no immediate indications of a link to terrorism, officials said. The suspect, Alton Alexander Nolan, after being shot and transported to OU Medical in critical condition, is expected to survive.

No word on what caused the workplace dispute.
