So, what do the guys of Megadeth do before a big show? Apparently, they search desperately for a Starbucks. Megadeth bassist David Ellefson just posted some behind-the-scenes footage from the band’s June 25 concert at Stadium Live in Moscow, Russia, and much of the clip involves Ellefson and Megadeth guitarist Chris Broderick searching for a spot to fill their cup of java. Good to know we’re not the only ones with a caffeine addiction! Check out the video below.

In other Megadeth news, Dave Mustaine recently dropped the news that the metal gents are already working on a new album. “Some of it’s a little darker, some of it’s a little faster,” Mustaine explained to NME. “Being in this position right now, not knowing where we’re gonna go or what we’re gonna do, it’s kind of like the world’s ours to do what we want. Are we gonna go back to the speed and thrash metal roots that made us who we are? Are we gonna experiment and rely on the melody that we’ve discovered in Megadeth songs?”

No word yet on when the new set might drop, but we’re guessing it won’t see the light of day in 2012, considering that the band’s most recent album, ‘TH1RT3EN,’ came out late last year. Keep checking Loudwire for updates on when that new Megadeth might reach fans’ ears.
