Linkin Park are the latest act to take advantage of the growing trend of screening concert events in movie theaters. The band is teaming with Fathom Events to bring their upcoming Berlin show to theaters for a one-night-only special engagement.

Fans can flock to theaters on June 25 to catch the show, which will air at 7:30PM local time in the participating markets. The actual Berlin concert takes place next Tuesday (June 5) at the city’s Admiralpalast concert venue. After the performance, the footage will be edited into the special film that will air on June 25, which just so happens to be the day before Linkin Park’s ‘Living Things‘ album comes out. Perfect timing!

As part of the film version, Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda, Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, Joseph Hahn, and Dave “Phoenix” Farrell will open with a special welcome before launching into their set, and the band promises to incorporate some of the new material into the show.

Be sure to check the Fathom Events website to see which theaters are running the ‘Linkin Park One Night Concert Event: Recorded Live in Berlin.’ Tickets for the concert special are currently on sale.

Linkin Park are currently promoting the single, ‘Burn it Down,’ and they also recently announced their plans for a New Jersey-based ‘LPU Summit‘ this August. The band also get their first major U.S. tour in support of the new album underway in August heading up the Honda Civic Tour. But for those that can’t wait, the group is offering live compilations tied to each of their records via Spotify.
