Metal heads continue to rally for Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe as he faces a possible legal trial in the future stemming from an arrest in the Czech Republic on June 28. Death metal outfit Cannabis Corpse headlined a benefit show for the vocalist on Friday (Aug. 31), helping to raise money for Blythe’s increasing legal fees.

The Randy Blythe Support Show went down at the Canal Club in Lamb of God’s home town of Richmond, Va. Fans were in for an extra treat as Blythe joined Cannabis Corpse on stage during the show to perform their song ‘Blunted at Birth.’

Blythe took the stage to a chorus of “Randy” chants from the crowd. Blythe didn’t say too much but thanked the crowd for coming out and introduced the song before ripping into it. Fan-filmed footage of the performance can be seen below.

Blythe was detained in a Prague prison for manslaughter charges associated with a fan’s death at a concert in 2010 and will likely have to have to return to the Czech Republic to stand trial. Blythe could serve a maximum of ten years jail if found guilty.

Fans who couldn’t make it to the show but still want to show their support can visit an eBay auction site with memorabilia from everyone from Slash to Machine Head with all funds going towards Blythe’s legal battle. Lamb of God has also set up the Justice Now site to take donations for Blythe’s legal fees.
