Usually, Gear Factor host Squiggy interviews musicians about their gear; this week, though, he's talking to radio host Jose Mangin about his studio setup at Affliction Headquarters in Seal Beach, California.

Mangin hosts his satellite radio shows and performances at the studio, surrounded by racks of Affliction's latest pieces. And while their clothes are cool, Mangin's array of guitars and amps are even cooler.

"The word 'gear,' to me... I think of amps! Metal is amplified! It's freaking loud!" Mangin says.  And he's got quite a few in his studio, courtesy of Marshall. He also has Waza Craft amps, which he uses for bass guitars.

"Ever since I was playing guitar, I wanted to play Dean, because of Dimebag," he says of his axe of choice, referencing the late Pantera guitar god, Dimebag Darrell. And while some of his guitars look like museum pieces - including guitars given to him by Kyng and Anthrax - he stresses, "They're supposed to be played!"

The tour ended with some gear of a different sort - Squiggy and Jose partaking in some Riazul tequila (Mangin is a co-owner of the company.).
