We Want to Cuddle Up with Jay Baruchel from ‘This Is the End’ – The Daily Swoon

If there were an apocalypse like the one featured in ‘This Is the End,’ you can bet your bottom we’d want to spend it cuddled up with star Jay Baruchel and his amazing hair.

In ‘This Is the End,’ Jay Baruchel — along with co-stars and real-life friends Seth Rogen, James Franco, Jonah Hill, Craig Robinson, and Danny McBride — boards himself up in house to avoid the apocalypse raining down outside. He’s such a nice Jewish boy with a good heart, but he doesn’t always make the right decisions — and we can live with that. He’s just too cute to not live with it.

You may also recognize Baruchel from last year’s surprise hit indie flick ‘Goon,’ a hockey movie Baruchel co-wrote with ‘This Is the End’ screenwriter Evan Goldberg (Goldberg in turn co-wrote ‘This Is the End’ with longtime collaborator Seth Rogen). Or you might have heard Baruchel’s voice in the animated film ‘How to Tran Your Dragon.’ He also starred in the tragically short-lived comedy series ‘Undeclared.’

Honestly, Barcuhel is not as famous as he needs to be. The guy is a talented writer and actor, and he needs more attention. Please, shower these photos of him with all of your attention — ALL OF IT.
