Conner and Cayden Long are brothers who love competing in triathlons together. However, Cayden has Spastic Cerebral Palsy that left him unable to speak or talk. Conner, Cayden's older brother, wanted to play with his brother outdoors, like all brothers do. But, was unable to because of Cayden's diagnosis.
