Jack Duff's solo project is a heavy mix of salsa, dance and Saddle Creek-era indie pop inspired by
"sex, night swims in the ocean and surrealist art."

The singer cites Pet Shop Boys, Miami Horror, the Magician and Blur as main influences for his version of "indie/electro with dark wave influences."

"’Let Me Be Clear’ is sort of my anthem about why I've messed up every relationship I've had," Duff told Diffuser.fm, dishing on his self-destructive tendencies. "The lyrics have a bit of weight to them with substance/emotion, but the track makes you wanna dance."
