Video has emerged of former NASCAR driver, Robby Gordon, hitting a spectator at an off-road race recently. We warn you that the video may be disturbing to some.

According to Fox Sports, the off-road race took place Mexico's Baja California Peninsula this passed weekend. In the 30-second video (above) you see two trucks racing each other when a spectator runs across the course and is hit by Gordon's #77 machine.

You can then see other fans immediately rush to the fan's side to help. According to several commenters on the channel the video was uploaded to, the fan only suffered a broken leg. However, those reports are not confirmed. In fact, looking on Robby Gordon's Twitter page, he makes no mention of the accident and there is no official word any injuries.

I'll update this blog as I get more information.

In the meantime, here's a different view of the accident uploaded by YouTube user sSSstEmM.
